- Significant PQE (Post-Qualified Experience): A minimum of 3 years’ PQEÂ is generally preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation of legal knowledge and practical experience within your chosen specialism (Corporate, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Entertainment, or Data Law).
- Less than 3 years’ PQE (Post-Qualified Experience): We also actively encourage applications from highly talented qualified solicitors with less than 3 years PQE. If you can demonstrate exceptional depth of expertise in your specialist field and possess a strong, relevant work history, we want to hear from you. Successful applicants with under 3 years PQE will benefit from working directly under the close supervision of a senior solicitor, ensuring comprehensive support and guidance as you grow towards greater independence on our platform.
- Strong Technical Proficiency: You must possess a deep understanding of your practice area(s) and be adept at applying complex legal principles to real-world business scenarios. Your advice should be commercially focused, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of small businesses.
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of successfully advising small businesses, startups, and SMEs on a range of legal matters pertinent to our specialisms. Experience working with innovative companies or within fast-paced sectors is highly advantageous.
